Every lobster needs a sweater – it's cold in the ocean!
I've always loved knitting silly little clothes for my toys. One of the first ever "patterns" was a "sweater" for a my toy dalmation I made from knitted squares. I was chatting about potential lobster sweaters with a lovely Instagrammer Cassandra Harada, and a few days later sent me a photo of a cable knit jumper she made for her lobster! This inspired me to start making more of my own (thank you Cassandra <3).
This Fair Isle zig zag collar was the first design I made and starred in what became my first (sort of) "viral" Instagram Reel.
These sweaters are made to fit my pre-made handmade lobster toys. You can also knit your own lobster follwing my pattern – you will want the lobster to be around 46cm total in lenght (from the tip of the big claws to the bottom of the tail) for this sweater to fit :)
